Kirkwood oil and gas limited has office block and facilities capable of accomodating 200 labour forces at full sitting with about 0.8 hectares backup land in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Kirkwood runs a local area network, and a VGC wireless internet network for mailing and internet system.

In the placement of contracts and payments of subcontractors, a spreadsheet management system (Ms-Excel) and accounting software (Dac-Easy first accounting) are utilized. This software has the capability of keeping data base, data analysis query and reports.

For job planning and management, progress monitoring and reporting management/client, the services of Microsoft Word 2024 and Primavera Enterprise 3.1 are utilized. These software have the capability of extablishing critical parts, network analyisis, S-Curves, progress tracking and generation of reports. Additionally, a word processing software (Microsoft Word 2024) is also used for record taking and report.
